"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are teaming up to unveil a new graphic anti-smoking campaign, weeks after a federal judge shot down an FDA mandate requiring graphic warnings on cigarette backs. The $54 million campaign will be seen on billboards and print, radio and TV ads that show people whose smoking resulted in heart surgery, a tracheotomy, lost limbs or paralysis." (03/15/12)
