CA: AG asks judge to deny Sirhan Sirhan appeal

"California's attorney general says a judge should deny the latest appeal of assassin Sirhan Sirhan saying the man long-convicted in the murder of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy hasn't proved his innocence.
