"The Guatemala election tribunal says a former general who promised law and order has a strong lead over a tycoon-turned-political populist with most of the vote counted. Preliminary results say Otto Perez Molina, 61, a retired general from the right-wing Patriotic Party, leads Manuel Baldizon, 41, of the Democratic Freedom Revival party, by more than 10 points with more than 75 percent of the vote counted."
