"Albert Florence was riding in a car with his wife and son on a New Jersey highway in 2005 when he was picked up on a warrant for an outstanding fine, taken to jail and, as part of routine processing, ordered to strip naked. Florence said he went from the elation of having just bought a new home -- the family was headed to a celebratory dinner -- to the degradation of a strip search. And the arrest warrant was in error."
