"Most libertarians that I have interacted with do agree that, for all of its flaws, democracy is a system that provides the possibility of regular, non-violent turnover among officials. It also provides a way for the pissed-off masses to response to their leaders (not always with the effects that they’d hope for, mind you) without violence in the streets. Looking around at the rest of the world, that is not something to be dismissed!" (10/06/11)
