South Korea: North Korean defector arrested in alleged attack plot

"South Korean officials say they have arrested a North Korean defector on suspicion of plotting an attack on an anti-Pyongyang activist in Seoul. Prosecution and intelligence officials said Friday that a North Korean defector surnamed Ahn targeted Park Sang-hak. Park is also a North Korean defector. He leads a campaign to send anti-Pyongyang leaflets to the North." (09/15/11)
