"Network neutrality, a euphemistically labeled and insidious concept, is perhaps the biggest current threat to the Internet, chiefly because it threatens property rights by supplying the wrong answer to the question of 'Who owns the pipes?' The House of Representatives correctly voted April 8 to rescind the net neutrality rules passed by the Federal Communications Commission last December." (07/29/11)
