SCOTUS: Age must be weighed in interrogations

"By a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court on Thursday bolstered the rights of young people who are picked up and questioned by police. In a decision that goes to the heart of the longstanding Miranda warnings, the justices said that a suspect's age must be considered when determining whether the suspect believed he was free to leave a room and not respond to officers' questions."
