"For most members of the Tea Party, 'enforcing' the 10th Amendment is actually a very familiar rallying cry. 'Tenthers,' as they are often called, believe in a strict interpretation of the 10th Amendment, which says that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." [editor's note: Just too bad they think that means "states" may thus aggress against individuals, as is prohibited by the Ninth Amendment - SAT] (05/19/11)
