"Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley testified at the State House yesterday in support of his bill to bring state policy into line with his own practice of dismissing charges against minors arrested for prostitution, his office said. Speaking before the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, Conley urged lawmakers to pass the bill he filed in January to provide juveniles with support services, instead of pressing charges against them."
