House, Senate split on blocking EPA greenhouse gas regulation

"The Senate rejected several proposals Wednesday to keep the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gas emissions, with Florida Sens. Bill Nelson and Marco Rubio splitting on a key vote. But the House is expected to approve legislation to block the EPA rule. A final vote there was postponed until Thursday." (04/06/11)
