"The FTC is not trying to stop the sale of a supposedly dangerous product; i[t] is trying to stop people from talking about perfectly legal products. The FTC maintains that allowing free speech constitutes an 'irreparable harm' to the public merely because some members of the public might make decisions that the government determines are unwise."
