"Jurors who are chosen for the murder trial of Christopher Gribble, which opens in a Nashua courtroom today, will have broad discretion to decide if the 21-year-old New Hampshire man was insane when he stabbed a Mont Vernon mother to death and severely injured her 11-year-old daughter. New Hampshire is the only state that does not require a medical diagnosis of mental illness or disorder to decide if a defendant is insane." (02/28/11)
