"It's only February, but the U.S. government has already shut the door on applications for H-1B work visas for 2011. On Jan. 27, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that it had 'received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap for fiscal year 2011.'
