"A Milwaukee County judge has ruled the state's concealed carry statute unconstitutional as applied to a man who had an unloaded, encased gun under a car seat after he had been robbed. Circuit Judge J.D. Watts says 28-year-old Jeremy Pinnow of Cascade, had few other options for exercising his right to bear arms for security and self-defense." (02/13/11)
