"Mitt Romney promoted his business skills and pummeled President Obama’s policies in a speech yesterday to a packed convention of conservatives. ... Test-driving themes he would probably use in his expected presidential campaign, Romney went right after Obama, mocking the president’s new tack to the political center as subterfuge for familiar Democratic policies. ... But he made almost no mention of healthcare, either Obama’s national plan, or the measure Romney helped push to passage in Massachusetts." (02/12/11)
