"A 6-month investigation into Louisiana's Angola prison, the largest maximum-security state prison in the country, reveals substandard and inhumane healthcare -- leading to extremely high death rates for prisoners. Does this amount to unconstitutional 'cruel and unusual punishment?'" (12/20/16)
