"No. The prosecutor did not go 'too far.' This was not 'abuse.' It was a predictable, natural result of a soulless state enforcing positive law. Those on the fence about copyright should be questioning why they support the despicable laws that led such a unique, valuable young person to kill himself, instead of jabbering about how this is a case of copyright 'abuse' or prosecutorial 'overreach.'"
